01 // What to include
The more we know, the tighter the number.
- Project address or city, and whether it is residential, commercial or industrial.
- The scopes you need: framing, insulation, drywall and finishing, ceilings, FRP, door frames, partitions, wallpaper, plaster.
- Plans or a sketch if you have them (architectural sheets, wall types, finish schedule, reflected ceiling plan).
- Timeline: when framing can start and when the space needs to be ready for paint.
- The general contractor or owner we would be working with.
